| I have cycled with friends since the age of 14 when I joined the YHA and rode to Matlock Bath and Ilam Hall Youth Hostels. Have been a CTC member for forty years and ride regularly with the Sheffield CTC group.
Have cycled in many places within the UK, mostly with the Sheffield CTC group and have also toured on my bike on the European Continent. As well as Youth Hosteling, I enjoy cycle camping and ride and camp to the York Cycle Rally every year with friends.
I have been a cycle training Instructor since 2006, first working for Sheffield City Council then with Pedal Ready when it was formed. I have worked in schools in Wakefield, Doncaster, Rotherham, Sheffield and in Derbyshire. I now mostly work in Doncaster at Sandall Park and Woodfield Park doing all levels of Bikeability including learn to ride, I currently serve as a Director of Pedal Ready. |
